Fussili with chicken mushroom sauce



well, it's kinda usual food for European people.. But I just want to put my own recipe. ;) typically european foods, simple, not taking a lot of times to cook :D
so, not too much talking, here it is.

Ingredients :
1 bombay union
1 single stem scallion
1 can of concentrated tomato of 68 grams
1/4kg of chicken
pepper (up to you, adjust with your own taste)
sugar (up to you, adjust with your own taste) --> I didnt use it.
salt (up to you, adjust with your own taste)
mushroom (how many? up to your taste)
chili sauce (I used the one which is Indonesian brand, Sambal ABC)
1 bell paprika
Olive oil
Cheese for pasta
oregano
italian spices ( i bought it in supermarket, seems like it's the mixed of oregano and basilicum)
Parsley

HOw to make?
A. Sauce.
1. Boil the chicken first
2. mince the bombay onion, and scallion
3. Heat the olive oil upon the frying pan with mediu
m fire
4. pour the minced bombay and scallion into the heated olive oil inside the frying pan
5. stir fry the the onion and scallion until u can smell its nice aroma
6. put a little bit of the water used for boiling the chicken into the frying pan, but be careful.
7. stir fry, then open the can of the concentrated tomato an
d put its contents into the frying pan.
8. stir fry and add little bit water for boiling the chicken again.
9. meanwhile, turn the fire into smaller level and mince the mushroom and paprika together
10. put the minced paprika and mushroom into the frying pan.
11. stir up together all of those contents.
12 meaningwhile, remove the chicken from the stew. Do
n't throw the water away.
13. Mince the chicken into the smaller pieces. (it' easier if u use the fillet chicken, but i was not. fillet is more expensive, huh)
14. Put the minced chicken into the frying pan.
15. Stir up together with the the other ingredients before.
16. Pour the italian spices and oregano ans stir fry again.
17. Pour the bottled chili sauces into the frying pan and stir fry together again.
18. Put little water for boiling the chicken before into the frying pan and stir up again.
19. Let the sauce inside the frying pan some moments an
d we can make the fussili
20. you can turn the stove off after about 5 minutes.

B. The fussili
SO it's the easiest part of course..

1. Boil the fussili with the water for boiling the chicke
n before.
2. Put some margarine into the boiler and stir it up together with the fussili.
3. Let it be some moments, about 5 minutes with
the medium fire. Don't forget to stir it up sometimes.
4. Drain the fussili

A and B can be served together and pour the cheese and parsley upon the fussili and sauce ;)
