Sahur With Nasi Lemak With Garlic Sauce. Yummy.. [Recipe Inside]

I am sad.. My praying is often bad scheduled :( Late and combine it to the next time pray.. In fact, it is Ramadhan, you know ! A month which full of blessing for the moslem people..God, forgive me please..
I dunno, it is still hard for me to be precise in time scheduling.. Pff..

By the way, I succeeded in making nasi Lemak (English : Fatty Rice, Nederland: Vatte Rijs) with garlic sauce... Hmm.. absolutely yummy ! I ate it for my sahur ( I don't know what the English for Sahur is :s )

I am always failed in making beautiful foods.
But for tasty foods, no doubt! Ha ha.

I want to share the recipe (prolly, one of you wanna try??) for 2 portions:
I always use simple recipe btw.. no worries..

2 plates of white rice:

spices:
3 springs of red onions
1 spring of garlic
2 little grains of hazelnuts (kemiri), cut it more little into lot of pieces
1/2 tea spoon of ketumbar powder
3/4 teaspoon of white paper powder
3/4 spoon of salt
1 spoon of sugar
1/4 spoon of ginger (jahe) powder.
5 spoon of curry powder
3 pieces of red small chili, cut it into little pieces
1 pieces of red big chili, cut it into little pieces.
1/4 pieces of big red paprika
vegetables :
1 stick of carrot
6 leafs of lettuce (cut into little pieces).

The topping:
1/8 kilo of chicken (I'm super saveeeee).
2 medium thick leafs of beef sausage (cut into little pieces)

The cooking process:
Boil the chicken and the carrot first (about 15 minutes).

Cut the red onions and garlics into little pieces..
Drain the chicken and carrot, dont't throw out the water.

Cut the chichken into little pieces.

- heating the oil (combination of 1 spoon of oil and 2 spoon of margarine)
- pour all little pieces of red onions, garlics, chilis and hazelnuts into the pan with heating oil.
- saute until it has very nice aroma.
- put salt, ginger, paper, and ketumbar powder into the pan and saute together with previous spices.
- Put the pieces of chicken and sausages.
- saute for approx. 2 minutes with medium fire (not too big).
- put 2 plates of rice into the pan.
- put the pieces of carrot and paprika into the pan
- Mix the rice, paprika and the carrot with with the spices for approximately 1 minute.
- Put the curry powder on the mixed rice.
- Mixed it for about 5 minutes. Mixed it thoroughly with medium to small fire.
- Put the lettuces into the rice. Let it be about 1,5 minutes on the small fire.
- Remove the pan from the stove.
- Turn off the stove
- Put the mixed fatty rice on the the big bowl or plate.
- Give the garlic sauce on the whole top of the rice surface


IT'S READY TO BE SERVED.
